Introduction

Microsoft Teams continues to evolve, offering comprehensive communication and collaboration solutions. Among its features, SMS integration allows Teams users to easily communicate with external participants via text messages.

Availability

This feature will be available to users with the Teams Calling Plan telephony feature in the US and Canada only (to start). The deployment will be gradual from February 2025.
