Hotfix update for Skype for Business Server CU8

Microsoft has just released a hotfix for Skype for Business Server (7.0.2046.548 CU8HF1). Since the update with Cumulative Update 8 (December 2024), an issue caused meeting join failure in some cases when using the application. This issue is resolved with the installation of this update.
